The Tara Woods Property Owners Association is self-managed and oversees the various needs of the community. Tara Woods is a private community consisting of 78 one acre properties in central Lake Anna on Carrs Bridge Road, Burruss Mill Road, Rhett Butler Drive, Tara Circle, Tara Woods Drive and Scarlet O'Hara Court. Tara Woods provides assigned community boat slips and launch ramp, a pavilion and a common beach area. It is the mission of the Tara Woods Property Owners Association to preserve Tara Woods as a premier community on Lake Anna by protecting, maintaining, managing and enhancing the assets of the Association and advancing the interests of the homeowners.
